Being part of this team is a unique opportunity to shape a language training concept from the very beginning.

The language training instructor will be responsible to maintain and develop the English training program as well as deliver in-person language trainings. By that you will contribute to the improvement of language knowledge and fluency at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. Language trainings range from levels A1 to B2 (according to CEFR level) which will be conducted on-site. Ideally you have experience creating and delivering your own training materials, according to different language levels of learners. Additionally, you will oversee the learner’s course administration, which includes the registration process, advertisement, and communication with applicants and participants.

• Maintain and develop the local English language training program
• Deliver in-person instructor-led language trainings in English
• Learner management and communication for your training groups
• Design and use different training methods for online and in-person trainings
• Organisation and monitoring of the registration process for English language courses 
• Work very close with other (language) trainers and colleagues responsible for other training topics to improve training programs and quality
• Translation of training documents
