Pearl Abyss is seeking a Junior Shader/Procedural Modeler to contribute to game development. Responsibilities include developing procedural toolsets using Houdini and Blender, creating shaders in HLSL for backgrounds, characters, and effects. The ideal candidate is proficient in Houdini and Blender geometry node-based tool creation for procedural modeling, and HLSL shader writing. Experience with Blender modeling, Python scripting, and shader creation in commercial engines is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Portfolio submission is mandatory and must showcase relevant skills. Note that applications without relevant modeling portfolios may be rejected.
