Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Identify and engage with potential candidates in Spanish-speaking countries through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial interviews in Spanish to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Evaluate candidate resumes and job applications.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Provide insights into the Spanish-speaking talent market.
Coordination:
Schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.
Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with international or remote hiring.
Experience recruiting in Spanish-speaking countries is highly desirable.
Language Skills:
Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
