Job Summary
Job Description
This Marketing PM role at Smilegate focuses on the global marketing of subculture games like Epic Seven and Kazena. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing media campaigns, and creating action plans. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in game marketing, particularly within the subculture gaming sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of the target audience. Responsibilities also entail close collaboration with various teams to achieve marketing objectives, requiring strong communication and project management skills. The role demands a deep understanding of subculture games, and ideally, experience in Japanese or global marketing would be advantageous.
Must have:
- 3+ years game marketing experience
- Subculture game marketing expertise
- Strong target audience understanding
- Marketing plan execution
Good to have:
- Subculture game marketing planning experience
- Heavy player of subculture games (self or others)
- Japanese or global marketing experience
