About The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. - Lead our overall Southeast Asia insurance business growth and marketing - Drive and launch insurance solutioning for the insurance business, and manage its corresponding project delivery / execution, and growth - Drive collaboration, marketing campaigns, and promotion features with e-commerce stakeholders around insurance products and services - Drive relevant insurance partnership collaboration and commercial negotiation pertaining to insurance marketing and promotion solutions and initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Strong General Insurance domain knowledge and experience, especially in Southeast Asia - Familiar with and good understanding of e-commerce or digital platforms business models, marketing campaigns and common key metrics, especially around digital marketing metrics - Good understanding of, and / or experience in insurance marketing collaboration models, be it with insurer, broker / agency, reinsurer, or any other insurance institution - Experience in consumer product creation and distribution, either Direct to Consumer or B2B2C via consumer platform is a bonus Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of proven track record and experience in digital or embedded insurance ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
