Job Description
The Inside Sales Advisor at Tesla will educate, inspire, and guide potential customers through the vehicle purchase process. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via chat, email, and SMS; assessing customer needs and qualifying opportunities; scheduling test drives; using a consultative approach to influence purchases; developing and maintaining a sales pipeline; providing feedback; and maintaining customer relationships until delivery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong moral fortitude, and professional behavior. Success requires expertise in Tesla products and the company's direct-from-manufacturer sales model.

Inside Sales Advisors have the incredible opportunity to advise potential Tesla customers, while honing their abilities in lead qualification.

- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline achieving both personal and group monthly metrics in conjunction with the field Sales teams.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on direct experiences with potential customers.
- Maintain customer relationships from the initial interaction up until delivery day.
