As a Innovation and Transformation Lead, you will be a key partner, guiding customers through critical phases of their cloud journey and helping them succeed. You will lead innovation and transformation initiatives, leveraging the full potential of Google's technology and solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology challenges. 
  • Leverage expertise in innovation to solve complex problems and create holistic programs. Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
  • Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring success through clear KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify and close new opportunities, pitching innovative solutions.
  • Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress effectively.
