Job Description
As an Influence Manager at BeReal, you will be responsible for finding and onboarding talented content creators who align with BeReal's mission of authenticity. Key responsibilities include building a diverse creator pipeline, analyzing content performance, providing actionable feedback, sharing insights on trends and strategies to improve engagement, acting as the main point of contact for creators, conducting performance reviews, tracking creator performance metrics, and reporting insights to refine the Creator Program and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media, content creation, and building creator communities, along with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Role

- Recent graduate or final-year student in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and building creator communities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with creators.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
