Job Description & Summary: As Senior Associate you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

1. Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer 
2. Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices 
3. Must have a good understanding of platform- level integration of other modules with Employee Central.
4. Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location
5. Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform 
6. Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3 rd  Party Payroll and other systems
7. Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
