IE Engineer

General Purpose:

• Standard working hours verification and standard setting.
• Calculation and analysis of production capacity and manpower load.
• Optimize production schedule.

Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

• Maintain excellent relationships with all internal partners such as Production, PE, and planners.
• Standard working hours verification and standard setting
• Calculation and analysis of production capacity and manpower load
• Production efficiency and UPH improvement plan (improve efficiency and operation, reduce costs)
• Production process improvement proposal
• Implement cross-department projects and improve plan execution
• Tasks assigned by managers.
• Critical thinking skills to identify and anticipate potential issues before they happen
• Knowledge of IE skills.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Good logic and number capacity.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good English Language proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor degree or above.
• 3 years at least IE experience.
