The HR Ops analyst, serves as the regional operational resource for latin america, supporting the local EHRBPs in México, Puerto Rico and Brazil to ensure the correct execution of the operational tasks related to the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
Request of benefits (Meal vouchers, gas vouchers and remote work vouchers, medical insurance, and other benefits) updates for new hires and terminations
Create Employment letters upon request
Manage the administrative process and invoice recording for Interns
Maintain and audit accurate information on the HR information systems
Record and follow up of finalization of probation periods
Request and send Payroll inputs to Payroll
Record Personnel changes in the HR system
Executive car fleet management
Record and maintain the accurate payment of remote work allowances management
Generate regular reports upon request
Manage Profit sharing administrative payment process for ex colleagues
Receives and responds to HR General inquiries
Vendor management and invoice analysis and registration
Recent graduate or one year of experience max in administrative areas, experience in HR is a plus
Capability to manage processes, to identify gaps and opportunity areas
