Job Description

This HR Internship at Virtuos in Chengdu, China involves assisting the recruitment team with resume screening, scheduling tests and interviews, participating in recruitment events (like campus recruitment), maintaining recruitment channels and talent databases, and fostering relationships with educational institutions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated undergraduate (2024 graduates and beyond preferred) with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in common office software and English, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of the recruitment process and maintaining good working relationships with various stakeholders. The role offers opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to a leading company in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

协助招聘团队进行简历筛选、安排测试及面试邀约等；
参与各种招聘活动，如校园招聘等；
维护已有的招聘渠道；
维护人才和人才资源（学校）的数据库，并保持长期良好的合作关系；
上级交办的其他工作任务。

Qualifications

本科以上学历（24届及之后毕业）,能够长期稳定实习的优先考虑
积极主动，拥有良好的自我驱动力及目标导向
熟悉各类招聘平台和掌握常用办公软件
较强的沟通能力，耐心细致有责任心
英语可用作工作语言。

About Our Team

Virtuos Chengdu was the second studio ever to be founded by the Virtuos Group back in 2008. As a full-stack game development studio, it’s capable of handling all aspects of the production pipeline, from the first brief to the final product, entirely in-house.
