AppLovin’s eCommerce team helps brands convert new and repeat shoppers at scale through our industry-leading network of in-app supply. We are seeking a driven and results-focused Growth Analyst to join our fast-paced and expanding eCommerce Client Success team. In this client facing role, you will partner with eCommerce brands to leverage AppLovin’s marketing platform, helping them achieve measurable business growth. You will also collaborate directly with AppLovin leadership and industry experts to drive our new eCommerce advertising initiative forward.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business development and performance marketing within the rapidly growing eCommerce sector. You’ll contribute to the success of our clients by building trusted relationships, analyzing performance data, and helping optimize campaigns to unlock new growth opportunities.

Please note that this role requires onsite presence at our office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with eCommerce brands to build and grow key partnerships.

  • Meet with partners to nurture relationships and support their advertising goals.

  • Define and analyze metrics to ensure success for our eCommerce partners.

  • Set up and grow campaigns by analyzing data, testing ideas for creative ad sets, and optimizing performance targets.

  • Become an expert on AppLovin’s mobile advertising products for eCommerce brands.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field

  • Self-starter and eager to learn

  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability and strategic grasp of the “big picture”

  • Exceptional communication skills and clearly able to communicate concepts and ideas

  • Have experience prioritizing competing demands

  • Flexible team-player who can use drive, creativity, and initiative to move the organization forward

  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable patterns to drive strategic decision-making and optimize client outcomes

  • Proven interest in technology. Whether you’re an early adopter of gadgets, or an Excel whiz, or took a computer science class in school and loved it, we are a high tech and big data company where you will constantly have the opportunity to contribute business and product ideas

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the e-commerce space and brand operations
  • Mobile experience and knowledge of the mobile advertising landscape
  • A basic understanding of programming or scripting
  • A basic understanding of image and video editing software
  • Understanding of models for intelligent decision making, such as game theory, chess, or poker

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.

CA Base Pay Range
$77,000$115,000 CAD
