The ideal candidate possesses 5-7 years of marketing experience with a strong Web3 background, understands blockchain, tokenomics, and community-driven platforms, and demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Role Overview: Quantinium is looking for a results-driven Web3 focused Marketing Manager to drive campaign execution, build partnerships, and shape the company’s narrative in the blockchain and decentralized technology space. This role requires expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns, generating actionable insights, and fostering collaboration across teams to elevate Quantinium’s visibility and impact within the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid media.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce tailored messaging and visuals for diverse blockchain audiences.
Content Creation:
- Partner with writers, designers, and developers to produce high-quality content that simplifies complex concepts and communicates Quantinium’s value proposition.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials.
Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with community teams to align marketing strategies with community-building efforts, enhancing engagement and retention.
- Actively participate in online forums, industry events, and social platforms to represent Quantinium’s brand and values.
Performance Analysis:
- Leverage analytics tools to assess campaign ROI, track user acquisition, and refine strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports for leadership to showcase progress and identify opportunities.
Event Coordination:
- Organize and oversee Quantinium’s presence at industry events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Develop pre- and post-event marketing plans to maximize engagement and visibility.
Partnership Outreach:
- Build and maintain relationships with Web3 influencers, thought leaders, and content creators to amplify Quantinium’s reach.
- Identify co-marketing opportunities with relevant organizations to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:
