Job Description

As a Global Digital Campaign Manager at Infoblox, you'll lead and manage global digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth within key accounts. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive campaign plans, overseeing multi-channel execution, analyzing performance data, and providing strategic insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaigns from inception to completion, and ensure consistent messaging across various channels. Localization efforts across multiple languages (Japanese, Spanish, German, and French) are also a key part of the role. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in SaaS digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
Must have:
  • 5+ years cross-functional digital marketing campaign management (SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong agency and vendor management skills
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Data analysis skills using Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau
  • Global campaign management experience
  • ABX program development and execution

We are seeking a Global Digital Campaign Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in Tacoma, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and ABM.  In this remote contract role, you will lead and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns designed to drive engagement and growth within our key target accounts. You will collaborate across various teams to build web pages, create compelling content, and execute innovative digital marketing strategies. You will oversee a portfolio of 4-5 key strategic campaigns from inception to completion, serving as the expert on performance for each campaign. 

You’re the ideal candidate if you excel at stakeholder collaboration, managing complex digital projects, and strategic thinking. You have a knack for identifying the next steps to keep campaigns on track, can view the overall campaign from a high level to see the connections, and can recommend improvements to enhance campaign performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Global Campaign Management: Manage development of 3-4 global demand campaign focusing on personas, buyer’s journey mapping, target account selection, offers, and nurture strategies to drive lead conversion and engagement. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans for company-wide campaigns within the digital marketing team  
  • ABX Program Development: Develop and execute tailored ABX programs that engage specific target segments, driving meaningful interactions and pipeline growth across new and existing customers
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee the deployment of integrated campaigns across digital channels ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive experience for target accounts.  
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Work closely with the Marketing Ops and Analytics team to analyze and optimize campaign performance.  
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed performance reports and strategic insights to marketing leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations for future campaign strategies.
  • Localization:  Lead the localization of campaign into Japanese, Spanish, German and French. 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and address any blockers
  • Define core KPIs for campaigns and establish a robust measurement plan to track performance
  • Oversee the entire campaign design process, from inception to completion, ensuring thorough evaluation for risks, quality assurance and comprehensive reporting on performance
  • Collaborate closely with all marketing teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in cross-functional digital marketing campaign management preferably in SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong agency and vendor management skills
  • Experience using a project management tool like Monday.com to manage complex projects
  • Ability to gather data from multiple sources like Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau to deliver comprehensive reporting on complex digital campaigns.
  • Data gathering and analytical skills to identify, track and develop insights from a variety of marketing programs to provide a comprehensive view on campaign performance
  • Highly motivated with a high degree of independence, initiative and focus on quality 
  • Works effectively with global teams and demonstrates the ability to engage and lead/influence others with an adaptable style while still achieving business goals and objectives
  • BA, BS, MBA preferred

After six months, you will…

  • Have successfully developed and implemented comprehensive plans for multiple  digital marketing campaigns 
  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicated goals, timelines, and addressed any blockers 
  • Defined and tracked core KPIs for campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement 
  • Coordinated seamlessly with various marketing teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution 
  • Demonstrated a thorough understanding of the campaign design process, identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring quality assurance
