Job Description

On Location seeks a Food & Beverage Manager for the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations within the specified venue (IVH - MICO). Responsibilities will include menu planning, staff management, inventory control, budgeting, ensuring high quality service and guest satisfaction, and adherence to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, experience managing large-scale food and beverage operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-pressure event environment. Experience working with international events or within the hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
