Director, Web Experience

Corsair is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Web Marketing to lead a team of designers, developers, and content producers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce tools, a strong design portfolio, and a knowledge of the PC gaming and technology industries.

Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

• Oversee the UX, UI, visual design, and content updates for corsair.com
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to implement landing pages and launch new products on the Corsair web store
• Develop marketing and sales campaign pages and web assets
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user journey on the site to improve sales, customer retention, and customer support satisfaction.
• Use web analytics and user testing to design data-driven solutions
• Work with backend web teams to improve content publishing workflows, develop new eCommerce features, product configurators, and site performance
• Manage software and service vendor relationships
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, developers, and content producers

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or relevant experience
• 10+ years in design or marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record for managing web projects from start to finish
• You ship intuitive and clean web experiences
• Have managed large sites that serve content in multiple currencies and languages 
• Attention to detail and quality control across all devices and platforms
• Experience with code release cadences, JIRA tickets
• Bonus points: you are a gamer and/or PC building enthusiast

Required Skills

• Design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, 3D a plus (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• eCommerce and CMS software, specifically: Shopify Plus, Contentful, Jasper (PIM), Cloudinary
• Understanding of accessibility requirements and best practices
• Marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Understanding of web technologies: SEO performance, HTML, CSS, React/Next/JS, Git

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range$175,000—$220,000 USD
