Job Summary

As a member of the Oracle Quoting & Advanced Pricing IT support team, the selected analyst will be responsible for supporting the NetApp Quoting team. This role involves addressing production issues within the Q2O (Quote to Order) flow and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure efficient and effective execution of the Q2O process.

Job Requirements

  • Incident Management: Triage and resolve incidents reported in the Q2O domain.
  • Data Fixes: Perform necessary data fixes to ensure the progression of quotes.
  • Report Generation: Generate reports by executing SQL/PLSQL queries based on requirements from the Sales (Admin) teams.
  • Release Support: Support multiple NetApp releases of the Quoting & Pricing tool.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient Q2O workflows.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and best practices to enhance the knowledge base.
  • Experience:
  • Total IT experience of 5+ years.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Oracle Quoting and Advanced Pricing modules (preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming and debugging.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle’s APPS R12 (AOL).
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies is a plus.
