- Primarily responsible for Design and execute detailed data migration strategies for migrating SolidWorks engineering drawings to Enovia to meet business requirements by coordinating with NPD and customer specific requirements
- Analyze and map source data to target Enovia structures and Ensure seamless integration of migrated data with existing systems.
- Lead the execution of data migration, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and configurations & Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting"
- Design and execute detailed data migration strategies for migrating SolidWorks engineering drawings fto Enovia. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand migration requirements and constraints, and define timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the migration process
- Examine and align source data with target Enovia structures to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the mapping process. Create comprehensive data mapping documentation for reference.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to maintain data integrity after migration. Carry out data reconciliation to confirm completeness and accuracy, and implement data cleansing procedures to eliminate duplicates and correct errors
- Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation of migration processes and configurations. Record any custom scripts or tools created for the migration, and prepare user guides and training materials to support post-migration activities
- Offer post-migration support and troubleshooting, addressing user inquiries and resolving any data-related issues. Conduct training sessions for end-users to familiarize them with the new system..
- Oversee migration projects, including allocating resources and managing schedules, while conveying project progress and updates to stakeholders and ensuring compliance with project budgets and deadlines..
- Comply with international standards like ISO and ASME, manage engineering change requests (ECR/ECO), and create bills of materials (BOM)
- Discover opportunities to optimize data migration processes, stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in PLM migration, and leverage feedback from previous migrations to refine future projects
- Participate in ZISC and CI culture of EATON and achieve SIOs and Kaizens."
