Job Description

This part-time Sales Services Executive role at Warner Bros. Discovery is a maternity cover position. Responsibilities include scheduling and optimizing TV advertising campaigns, providing excellent service to agencies to maximize budget share and client satisfaction, handling booking orders, planning commercial breaks, dealing with order and delivery confirmations, inspecting and controlling advertising materials, creating and delivering daily commercial break files, coordinating copy delivery to the Transmission Centre, and collaborating with internal Sales, Digital Sales, and Brand Solutions departments. The ideal candidate will have relevant studies or education, strong numerical and detail-oriented skills, be a team player with excellent communication and commitment, and possess a customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Excel is beneficial.

Scheduling & optimizing TV ad campaigns
Excellent agency service & client satisfaction
Booking order handling & commercial break planning
Advertising material inspection & control
Daily commercial break file creation & delivery
Collaboration with internal departments
Strong numerical & detail-oriented skills

Your Role Accountabilities...

Scheduling and optimization of TV advertising campaigns
Provide first class servicing to designated agencies with the aim of maximizing share of their media and marketing budgets and attaining maximum client satisfaction
Handling of booking orders
Detailed planning of commercial breaks
Dealing with order as well as delivery confirmations
Inspection and control of the advertising material
Creation and delivery of daily commercial break files to Presentation Scheduling within agreed timelines
Coordinate the coding and delivery of all commercial copy to the Transmission Centre within agreed timelines
Close collaboration with the internal Sales, Digital Sales and Brand Solutions departments

Qualifications & Experience...

Studies in a relevant field or a completed education
High affinity for numbers and detail oriented
Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of commitment
Customer-oriented way of thinking and acting
Good Excel skills welcome and beneficial
