This project-based role for an Email & Mobile Marketing Analyst involves managing end-to-end email and mobile marketing campaigns for a hospitality client. Responsibilities include building, segmenting, targeting, testing, and deploying personalized campaigns using a leading ESP; collaborating with internal teams; supporting design and technical aspects of mobile email campaigns; cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders; utilizing analytical thinking to solve problems; and ensuring campaigns meet deadlines and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in email and mobile marketing, strong proficiency in HTML and email coding, experience with email editing software, a solid understanding of mobile marketing principles, and excellent communication skills. Remote work options are available.

We are currently looking for an Email & Mobile Marketing Analyst to join a dynamic marketing team for a hospitality client based in the Dallas, TX metro area (remote work options available).

In this project-based role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and drive innovative marketing campaigns that connect with customers and boost engagement. As an integral part of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end email and mobile marketing campaigns, utilizing advanced tools and strategies to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, segment, target, test, track, and deploy personalized email and mobile campaigns using a leading Email Service Provider (ESP).
  • Take ownership of projects while collaborating closely with internal teams to foster communication and improvements.
  • Support design, process, and technical aspects of mobile email campaigns, ensuring creative and functional excellence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Tackle challenges with analytical thinking and conceptual problem-solving to deliver outstanding results.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet deadlines and exceed quality expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in email and mobile marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML and email coding.
  • Experience with email editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of mobile marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

To qualify for benefits, candidates must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.

Project Details:

  • Duration: Through mid-February 2026
  • Location: Dallas, TX metro area (remote options available)
  • Pay Rate: $45-50/hr W-2, paid weekly + benefits
