Job Description

The Techniker für Tür- und Toranlagen (Door and Gate Systems Technician) at the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg will play a key role in ensuring the operational safety and availability of door and gate systems. Responsibilities include planned and unplanned maintenance, repairs of various door and gate systems, work on loading gates and solutions for smooth logistics, and collaboration with the maintenance team to improve system reliability and minimize downtime. This involves installation, assembly, and commissioning of systems from various manufacturers (Hörmann, Efaflex, Hoddap, Dormakaba, Assa Abloy, BKS), maintenance and repair of doors, gates, and fire protection systems, troubleshooting technical equipment, conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance, and documenting all work. The role requires adherence to safety regulations and contribution to a safe work environment.

Must have:

Completed apprenticeship in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar
Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of door and gate systems
Knowledge of door and gate systems, loading gates, and control systems
Willingness to work a 3-shift system and occasional weekend on-call duty

Good to have:

Knowledge of fire protection systems
Authorization to work on electrical systems
Proficiency in MS Office applications

What to Expect

Als Techniker für Türen- und Toranlagen (m/w/d) spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Sicherstellung der Betriebssicherheit und Verfügbarkeit unserer Tür- und Toranlagen. Ihre Aufgabe wird es sein, sowohl geplante als auch ungeplante Wartungsarbeiten sowie Reparaturen an einer Vielzahl von Tür- und Torsystemen durchzuführen. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie Arbeiten an Verladetoren und Verladelösungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf in unseren Logistikbereichen zu gewährleisten. Gemeinsam mit dem Instandhaltungsteam der Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg arbeiten Sie daran, die Zuverlässigkeit der Anlagen zu verbessern, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren oder vollständig zu vermeiden.

What You’ll Do

Sie führen die Installation, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Tür- und Toranlagen durch, darunter Systeme von Hörmann, Efaflex, Hoddap, Dormakaba sowie Schlösser von Assa Abloy und BKS. Ebenso sind Sie für Verladetore und deren Komponenten verantwortlich.
Wartung und Reparatur von Türen- und Toranlagen sowie Brandschutzeinrichtungen.
Behebung von Störungen und Fehlfunktionen an technischen Anlagen, Verladetoren und Systemen.
Durchführung regelmäßiger Inspektionen und vorbeugender Wartungsarbeiten.
Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie Erstellung von Wartungsberichten.
Sie befolgen sämtliche Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit und tragen aktiv zur sicheren Arbeitsumgebung bei.

What You’ll Bring

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Berufserfahrung in der Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Tür- und Toranlagen, Verladetoren und idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Brandschutz.

Technische Fähigkeiten:

Kenntnisse in der Funktionalität von Tür- und Toranlagen, Verladetoren sowie relevanter Steuerungssysteme.
Berechtigung zum Eingriff in elektrische Anlagen von Vorteil.
Vertrautheit mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Word).
Bereitschaft, in einem 3-Schichtsystem zu arbeiten und gelegentlich Bereitschaftsdienst am Wochenende.
