Description

Scopely is looking for a Director of Analytics to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team within our Midcore division in Dublin or Barcelona on a hybrid/remote basis.

Star Trek Fleet Command's ongoing success goes from strength to strength. Our in-house developed RPG was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top 10 gross revenue Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market.

What you will do
  • Team Building: lead analysts and engineers as part of a growing and collaborative group that performs at high level, handling their own work to tackle sophisticated business problems with a strong focus on value outcomes.
  • Game Leadership: work as part of the leadership group to drive a strategy of consistent growth for the studio, delighting our players.
  • Insight Culture: develop the decision-making practices across the organisation, building effective behaviours with focus on agile and lean practices.
  • Data Projects: build insight products that scale, applying sophisticated analytical concepts to make player behaviours, feature performance and game health actionable for non-data teams through the full game development lifecycle.

  • Impactful track record in an analytics leadership role.
  • Strong experience working in a large-scale live service title in video gaming.
  • Leadership skills dedicated to guiding diverse teams towards success.
  • Experience building an insight culture across development teams.
  • Sophisticated data practitioner who leads by example to drive project outcomes.
  • Ability to distil and present sophisticated findings for audiences at all levels.
  • A passion to drive success in world-class F2P games.
