Summary

Intel's Client Development Group seeks a DFT Engineer with experience in planning, implementing, and verifying DFx features for multiple SoCs. Responsibilities include working on IP and SoC DFT (architecture, Spyglass DFT, RTL implementation, verification, scan, and ATPG). The ideal candidate will drive DFT implementation for features like scan, MBIST, and TAP, having completed at least one full SoC end-to-end. Experience with manufacturing engineering, pattern delivery, and post-silicon support is a plus. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex SoC solutions for desktop and mobile segments. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad, India.
Must have:
  • 8+ years experience (Bachelors) or 5+ years (Masters)
  • Experience with Scan, MBIST, TAP
  • SoC DFT implementation and verification
  • RTL implementation and Spyglass DFT experience
  • At least one full SoC DFT lifecycle completion
Good to have:
  • Experience with manufacturing engineering

Job Description

Client Development Group in Intel is responsible for delivering Complex SoC solutions for desktop and mobile segments. We are looking for an energetic, passionate and process oriented DFx engineers who has extensive experience in planning, implementation and verification of DFx features for multiple SoC.

Direct Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to,

  • working on various aspects of IP and SoC DFT including the DFT Architecture, Spyglass DFT, RTL implementation, Verification, Scan and ATPG.The candidate must be able to drive the DFT implementation for various features incl Scan, MBIST, TAP etc.
  • should have executed at-least 1 full SoC end to end as a DFT engineer.
  • Previous experience of working with manufacturing engineering, on pattern delivery, post-silicon support are definite plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 5+years of relevant experience.
