We are looking for a motivated DevOps Support Engineer with unique skills to help us support our software development CI/CD cycles. The candidate will be responsible for supporting a vast technological stack of software development tools (Azure DevOps, JFrog Artifactory/Xray, AKS, Git and more), identifying issues by working close to our internal users and developers, and implementing integrations that meet our customers' needs. - Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’
- Manage, maintain, and prioritize customers escalations
- Perform root cause analysis, provide quick solutions for incidents and deploying updates and fixes
- Ensuring that systems are safe, stable, and operational for our internal users and developers
- Understanding the needs of customers and conveying this to developers
- Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
Skills And Qualifications:
- Experienced DevOps Support Engineer with a work experience of 2 years
- Experience with Cloud Platform such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control tools (Azure DevOps pipelines, Jenkins, Git, JFrog Artifactory).
- Experience with Kubernetes& Docker
- Experience with Azure DevOps Services
- Strong scripting capabilities– PowerShell, Bash or similar (Python).
- Experience with configuration management using tools like Chef, Ansible.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem analysis skills.
- Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) – an advantage.
- Highly detailed methodical approach in problem-solving
- Team spirit and customer-oriented approach are MUST
