About the job

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of modern DevOps practices. The DevOps Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and overall cloud strategy.

You will:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers both in India and USA
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth code deployment.
  • Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and IT staff to oversee code releases.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Ensure the scalability, availability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and respond to issues promptly.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices within the DevOps processes.
  • Integrate security tools and practices into the DevOps pipeline, including static and dynamic analysis, software composition analysis (SCA), vulnerability scanning, and security monitoring.
  • Manage AWS cloud environments and optimize for cost and performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to DevOps processes and infrastructure.
  • Drive continuous improvement in DevOps practices and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our systems and practices current.

Salary & Benefits:

Your base salary range and title will be determined based on the location, experience, qualification, skills, knowledge, level, and pay of employees in similar positions.
