Job Description

As a Data I/O Support Trainee at Phantom Fx, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the transfer of assets, managing data storage efficiency, and ensuring security compliance. You will work closely with artists, production, and editorial teams to ensure the availability of required assets and fulfill client requests for sends and downloads. You will manage the tracking and allocation of physical media drives both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating review sessions across multiple sites and clients globally, working with clients and the imaging department on review specifications, setting up and testing telecommunication devices and platforms, and coordinating the delivery of all materials for reviews.

Must have:

Basic understanding of common file formats and resolution
Maintain confidential data

Job Details

Coordinating the transfer of assets.
Managing data to ensure storage resources are used efficiently.
Archiving and restoring data if required.
Ensuring the security policies and procedures of PhantomFX and its clients are fully
adhered to.
Coordinating with artists, Production and Editorial to ensure required assets are available.
Fulfil client sends and downloads.
Manage the tracking and allocation of physical media drives both internally and externally.
Working a shift pattern occasionally to support the global needs of the business.
Coordinating review session between multiple sites and clients globally.
Work with clients and imaging department on review specs on projects.
Setup and test all telecommunication devices and platforms.
Coordinating delivery of all material for reviews.

Requirements
