About the job:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of travel arrangements for employees, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience. The Corporate Travel Coordinator will negotiate with vendors, develop policies, and manage travel expenses while ensuring compliance with company policies.

What You'll get to do:

  • Plan, book, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, transportation, and any required visas.
  • Establish relationships with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other vendors to secure the best rates and service agreements.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee travel policies that ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company requirements.
  • Track and report travel expenses, negotiate rates, and work to keep costs within budgetary constraints.
  • Responsible for global travel insurance renewal, ensure compliance with local and international travel regulations, and manage travel risk, especially in high-risk areas.
  • Provide travel-related support, guidance, and troubleshooting for employees during their trips.
  • Provide travel data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in travel policies and spending.
  • Utilize and manage travel booking software and expense reporting tools to streamline the booking process and improve efficiency.

What You need to shine:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate travel management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking tools, industry suppliers, and cost management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Jira(nice to have) .
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.

  • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).

- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
