Our Performance Marketing team is looking to bring in a CRM Email Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant group. This role is pivotal in designing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns and customer journeys to enhance fan engagement, retention, and revenue.

With a primary focus on email, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns, working closely with our product and marketing teams to drive growth across key EFG offerings, including e-commerce, ticketing, subscriptions, and live broadcasts. You’ll take ownership of the campaign calendar and strategically optimize customer lifecycle touchpoints.

Who You Are:

  • An Email Marketing Pro: You know how to build and fine-tune campaigns for maximum engagement and impact.
  • Data-Driven & Commercially Savvy: You leverage data to inform decisions, driving the best possible commercial outcomes.
  • Independent and Collaborative: Confident in coordinating with stakeholders, you manage campaigns autonomously from concept through completion.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Write, design, and build emails, in effect generating the content required for the campaigns.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel journeys, focusing on email but incorporating, push, IAM, and more.
  • Own the campaign calendar and liaise with product marketers to plan it.
  • Test hypotheses on how to improve the conversion of campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
  • Analyse customer data and provide insights into campaign performance. 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing - CRM campaign building is a plus.
  • A background in maximizing email engagement metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different disciplines.
  • An understanding of how performance marketing can drive commercial KPI’s.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English (mandatory) 

Bonus experience: 

  • Experience with Braze as an engagement platform.
  • An understanding of the esports industry.
  • Understanding of HTML and/or Liquid
