Job Summary

Job Description

This role at Smilegate Futurelab focuses on developing and implementing strategies to expand creative learning environments and build consensus. Responsibilities include developing strategies for expanding Futurelab's creative learning environments, identifying and training key educators, developing and managing B2B partnerships, creating and managing educator communities, planning and implementing initiatives to promote creative learning, and driving initiatives to build consensus (conferences, online/offline promotion). The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication, strategic thinking, and process management skills.

Must have:

7+ years relevant experience
Deep understanding of children/youth education
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Strategic thinking & process management skills

Good to have:

Experience collaborating with educational/cultural institutions
Experience in PR planning and execution

- 퓨처랩 창의환경의 확산 전략 수립 - 창의학습 콘텐츠 확산을 위한 핵심 교육자 발굴/양성 및 기관 협력 사업(B2B) 개발/운영 - 퓨처러닝콜렉티브(FLC) 교육자 커뮤니티 조성 및 퓨처비 챌린지 등 교육자 대상 사업 기획/운영 - 창의환경 문화 확산을 위한 공감대 조성 사업 추진 (컨퍼런스, 온오프라인 홍보 등)

자격요건

-7년 이상의 유관업무 경력자

필요역량

- 퓨처랩 창의환경 조성 철학, 어린이청소년 교육문화 및 관련 이해관계자에 대한 깊은 이해 - 다양한 이해관계자와의 유연한 소통 능력 및 커뮤니케이션 역량 - 전략적 사고 및 프로세스의 체계화/아카이브 역량

우대사항

- 교육/문화 전문기관 협업 및 교육자 대상 사업 운영 유경험자 - PR 기획 및 수행 경험자 (온오프라인 매체, 대중 행사 등)
