Position Overview:
As our Communications Designer / 2D/3D Animator, you’ll be the Picasso of the Casumoverse, turning concepts into eye-popping visuals that tell our brand's story. You’ll juggle creativity with strategy, making sure every design hits the mark with our audience. This role isn't about just checking boxes; it's about pushing boundaries and painting outside the lines. If you've got the skills to bring our brand to life and add your unique touch of YOUMO to every project, then step right up!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design Magic:

• Craft stunning visuals for everything from marketing campaigns to social media posts that are as catchy as a jackpot win.
• Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to bring big ideas to life in a way that’s uniquely Casumo.
• Keep our designs fresh, bold, and always a step ahead of the latest trends.

2. Design Wizardry Tools:

• Work your magic with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects to create assets that dazzle.
• Ensure that all designs align with our playful yet sharp brand identity, maintaining consistency across the board.
• Keep a steady hand on the creative wheel while juggling multiple projects like a pro.

3. Collaboration and Team Vibes:

• Work hand-in-hand with different teams to turn concepts into visual masterpieces that make our brand shine.
• Welcome feedback with open arms, turning it into fuel that drives your creative engine.
• Explain your design choices in a way that makes everyone nod in agreement.

4. Trendspotting and Innovation:

• Stay on top of the latest design trends, tech updates, and what's hot in gaming, e-commerce, fashion, and digital media.
• Be our trendsetter, ensuring Casumo’s designs are always leading the pack, not following the herd.

5. Portfolio of Awesomeness:

• Share a portfolio that showcases your best work.
• Highlight designs that show your creative spark and your ability to turn ideas into visual stories that captivate.

Requirements:

We’d love to see around 3-5 years of design experience in industries like e-commerce, gaming, or agency work, but if you’re a rising star with less experience, don’t be shy! We’re all about helping talented people grow.

• Tool Mastery: You’ve got skills with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Video Wizardry: You know your way around video editing, animation techniques, and have a good grasp of sound editing and color correction.
• Visual Storytelling: You can create compelling stories through visuals, with strong knowledge of storyboards, design principles, and storytelling techniques.
• Creative Flair: You’ve got an eye for layout, color, typography, and aesthetics that can bring any design to life.
• Great Communicator: You’re confident presenting your designs and explaining the ideas behind them with ease.
• Portfolio Required: Show us what you’ve got! We’re looking for a portfolio that showcases your versatility as a Communications Designer/Videographer.
• Team Player: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and collaborate effortlessly with others.
