*Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 USD hourly


POSITION SUMMARY:
Company 3 is looking to hire a Lead Client Services Coordinator. The Lead Client Services Coordinator will work as part of the Operations team that is servicing our new Facility in Hollywood. 

MAIN DUTIES:
As a member of Client Services Team, you will welcome/greet clients and assist them throughout their project, set up daily coffee and prepare daily snacks, restock communal snacks and beverages in kitchenettes, maintain stock, cleanliness and organization of the edit rooms, kitchenettes, review rooms, and common areas. You will also maintain office supplies for clients, track receipts for Accounts Payable and Billing Departments, place recurring grocery orders. this may include running errands as needed, and place meal orders for review room guests. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare Welcome Baskets, client gifts
  • Occasionally cover the front desk by answering a multi-line phone system
  • As a Lead you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Client Services Team, as well as events and larger projects.  
  • You will work plan and execute weekly events such as in-house client happy hours, mid-day treats, along with executing celebrations for birthdays and holidays
  • Assist with training and development of Client Services Team
  • Must be comfortable working with people and enjoy interacting while staying focused on individual responsibilities

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will come with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients both in-person and over the phone. Experience in restaurants/serving, catering, customer service, and/or reception is highly valued. Additional desired skills include:
  • A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
  • You will be highly organized and detail oriented 
  • You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including several annual events
  • Familiar with MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Asana a plus

The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off. The benefits for eligible project hires and part-time employees working less than 25 hours per week in the US include retirement, select insurance benefits, and where required by law, health benefits. For roles filled in Canada and other territories, local benefits plan offerings will apply.
