What You Will Do
Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and employee-focused Channel Operations Manager to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Mange partner program compliance; provide reporting and measurement of partner performance against program requirements.
- Serve as system administrator for all channel operations platforms including Partner Portal, Salesforce, Clari, Tableau and our learning management systems.
- Be responsible for Partner email(s) alias, ensure fast turnaround for any partner questions and appropriate escalation of any issues.
- Support onboarding of any new partners including co-ordination of contracts and system set-up.
- Participate in any channel related user acceptance testing (UAT) for any channel system enhancements or updates.
- Provide operations support for any partner not-for-resale (NFR) requests.
- Support various reporting asks and assist the Channel team with other ad-hoc reporting requests.
What You Bring to Forescout

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or communications.
- Three years of related experience, including learning management or program management.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to deliver quality projects on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in SFDC.
