Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will work with clients in the Pharma and Life Sciences industry to help them optimize their use of SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. This will involve providing advisory services, implementing new solutions, and supporting clients in their day-to-day operations. The role requires a strong understanding of CRM principles, SAP CX functionality, and the pharmaceutical industry. You will also be responsible for: * Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Utilizing a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends * Reviewing your work and that of others for quality and accuracy * Seeking opportunities to gain exposure to different situations and perspectives * Communicating effectively and building relationships with clients
