Backend Developer (Game Operation Tools)
Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking a Backend Developer to contribute to the development and operation of tools for their globally successful MMORPG, Lost Ark. The role involves building and maintaining various programs and tools essential for the game's service, including the development and operation of the back-office system. Responsibilities include developing game operation tools, creating programs needed for Lost Ark service, and handling back-office development and operations. The ideal candidate will possess at least four years of experience in web programming, proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and C# web development, experience with MSSQL, and expertise in setting up and troubleshooting web servers (IIS). Experience in the game industry and familiarity with .NET 6 or above is highly desirable. This position requires a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to staying updated on technological trends.
Must have:
- 4+ years web programming experience
- ASP.NET MVC / C# web development
- MSSQL service development
- Web server (IIS) setup & troubleshooting
Good to have:
- Game industry experience
- .NET 6+ development
- Git experience
