- ディズニー事業部全体（映画・ゲーム・TV等）の活動を把握し、店舗/ECにおける協同施策の企画立案・実行
- 店舗(オンラインストア含)への集客施策、新規オープン時のMK施策の企画立案・実行
Required Skills:
- 一般消費財マーケティングおよび、ECマーケティング経験3年以上
- プロモーションのスケジュール・予算管理、及び販売促進ツールの企画立案・制作経験
- デジタルプロモーションの企画立案・実行経験
- デジタルアセットの企画立案・制作経験
- デジタル・紙媒体・OOHの広告制作、および消費者向けイベントの企画立案・実行経験
- マイクロソフトワード・エクセル・パワーポイント・Outlookのスキル
Preferred Skills:
- 小売業でのマーケティング、販売促進企画経験
- マーケット/顧客調査企画設計・分析スキル
- ビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（メール・電話・会話）
