Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project manager to achieve project goals.
  • Responsible for safety, quality & progress management, site coordination & problem solving at site.
  • Involve in tendering and planning process, project technical drawings submission, prepare relevant documents & reports.
  • Coordinate with internal operation teams, suppliers & subcontractors.
  • Prepare Testing & Commissioning and Operational & Maintenance report.
  • Study & analyze the maintenance record of computerized system for maintenance planning.
  • Assist in training, document control, inventory, preventive maintenance planning.
  • Identify and implement and review energy initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or less experience would also be considered.
  • Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data management skills.
  • Proficient in PC application (e.g. MS App), knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD would be advantage.
