Job Description

We are looking for a brilliant Associate Director to join our Employee Communications team. This is a 12 month maternity cover contract.

You will have an opinion on the latest trends and be able to guide our clients, the team and the wider agency as a thought leader in all things employee comms (internal comms, attraction, employer brand, EVP).

You will provide a strong vision and leadership alongside the senior team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on and responsible for several client accounts, leading each account team and leveraging the specialists across MSL and the Groupe to solve our client’s toughest communications challenges

  • Own the strategic dialogue with clients to influence the quality of the briefs we get from the client

  • Identify, plan and develop revenue opportunities

  • Develop and run campaigns with fresh ideas that will challenge our clients and ourselves to deliver bold creative thinking

  • Drive the commercial success of the practice maintaining control and awareness of financials and owning and exceeding revenue targets

  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by leading pitches, actively cross selling across the agency and broader Groupe and turning connections and network into revenue

  • Work with senior team members to ensure a sustainable and profitable team structure across all client accounts and meet commercial KPIs across personnel, revenue and utilization levels

  • Ensure the team structure creates an environment for ongoing learning & development

  • Champion client team activity, individuals’ success and reward and recognise great work

  • Enrich the culture across the team and agency

  • Work with and educate team members to define and implement compelling client development plans that drive growth

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
