WHAT YOU WILL DO
Report to: Art Producer
Sparx* is looking for a passionate Producer with strong communication and project management skills, who has demonstrated the ability to deliver games in the past.
You will play a key role in the planning and delivery of game projects, coordinate with our development team and partner studios, and drive some of the most exciting AAA titles in the video game industry.
- Collaborate with Directors, Leads and team members to establish realistic expectations from timelines, estimates and project deliverables.
- Define, track and follow up on project schedule and milestones.
- Facilitate meetings, discussions, feedback, and communication within the team of Artists, Technical Artists, Leads, Directors and Producers to discuss status, resolve issues and share information.
- Follow up closely with Directors/Leads and Line Producers about project progress, potential risks, and contingency plans.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects; optimize resource planning and allocation, team management, team health, cost and efficiency analysis.
- Manage relationships with client and partnered studios through transparent verbal and non-verbal communication.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a producer or project manager role, preferably experience in 3D / Game industry
- A solid understanding of production management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
- Attention to detail, timely follow-up, strong scheduling, and organizational skills. Strong capability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams and functional areas – i.e. a real team player. Experience working with people from a technical background is preferred.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to project needs.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and conflict solving skills when dealing with people or challenging situations.
- Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools and software (Jira, Hansoft, Asana, etc.)
- Passion for video games and the industry.
- Fluent in English (4 skills).
- Must be willing and able to work on-site at our Studio in Ho Chi Minh City.
