Job Summary

Job Description

As an Associate Application Engineer R&D at Tesla Automation, you will conduct research and optimization of machinery, including documentation and result analysis. You'll support prototype and test system assembly and commissioning, troubleshooting machines and systems. Responsibilities include operating and parameterizing machines, integrating new developments into production facilities, and supporting customers and the R&D department during development projects. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional training and experience, proficiency in MS Office, and fluent German and English. You'll demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to process improvement, working effectively within a team while exhibiting organized and independent work habits. Travel is required.

What You’ll Do

Untersuchungen, und der Optimierung von Maschinen einschließlich Dokumentation und Auswertung der Ergebnisse
Unterstützung bei der Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Prototypen und Testsystemen, sowie Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung an Versuchsträgern und Maschinen.
Bedienung und Parametrisierung von Maschinen und Komponenten sowie Integration von Neuentwicklungen in Produktionsanlagen.
Unterstützung des Kunden und der R&D-Abteilung während Entwicklungsprojekten

What You’ll Bring

Mindestens 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, alternativ vergleichbare Ausbildungen oder Erfahrungen.
Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Eigeninitiative, Problemanalyse, lösungsorientierte Bereitschaft zur Prozessverbesserung.
Teamfähigkeit, organisierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Reisebereitschaft.
