Associate Product Manager

About US

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Design, Engineering and Content to define product requirements
  
• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements, user stories and create comprehensive product specifications and architecture for each product
  
• Leverage data-driven decision-making by utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, and SQL to monitor product performance and drive product strategy
  
• Support in managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  
• Conduct market research & competition benchmarking to identify customer needs and gaps in our product
  
• Assist in developing and updating product roadmaps and ensure deliverables align with company goals
  
• Communicate product plans, benefits, and results, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to all company employees & users
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL is necessary for analyzing large datasets and automating scripts
  

• Knowledge and experience in A/B testing and utilizing data-driven approaches for product development
  

• Ability to conduct user research, market research,  user interviews with aim to  solicit user feedback 
  

• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills are essential for effective performance
  

• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling ambiguous and open-ended problems
