Job Description

The Asistente de Presupuesto y Facturación will be responsible for reviewing and controlling all budgets with the respective agency production areas and tasks. Key responsibilities include coordinating, reviewing, and controlling production work to ensure it is budgeted and sent to the client for invoicing. The role also involves reviewing, controlling, and analyzing income per client for monthly closing, preparing documentation for internal client control and internal audits, and controlling and verifying timely invoicing. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in budgeting and invoicing, proficiency in MS Office, and intermediate English language skills. A background in Administration or Accounting is preferred.

Requisitos

  • Egresado, Bachiller o Titulado en Administracion o Contabilidad
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Dominio de MS Office a nivel intermedio
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Presupuestos y Facturacion (indispensable)

Información adicional

FUNCIONES:

  • Revisión y control de todos los presupuestos con las respectivas áreas de producción de la agencia y tareas
  • Coordinar, revisar y controlar los trabajos de producción para que sean presupuestados y enviados a facturar al cliente.
  • Revisión, control y análisis de ingresos por cada cliente, para el cierre mensual
  • Preparar documentación para control interno de clientes y auditoria interna
  • Control y verificación de facturación oportuna.
