Description

Franklin Electric is seeking a skilled Application Developer to join our DCX (Digital Customer Experience) team. The ideal candidate will have experience with React, JavaScript, C#, and SQL. Experience with Azure Cloud technologies is a plus, including Azure DevOps. Version control with Git. This position will be based at India and will be closely working with corporate DCX (Digital Customer Experience) team remotely.

You will participate as a high performing team member in the full software/application development lifecycle, from software specifications to design, coding, and integration testing. You will be responsible for software enhancements, and bug fixes.

Utilizing Agile Development methodologies, you will collaborate closely with other members of the Software Development team, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Designers to develop and maintain high-quality front-end, and back-end business applications.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Azure Cloud, React, JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure a premium user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance, and fix bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering / computer science or master’s in computer application (MCA), computer information systems, or related degree.
• 7-10 years of related experience (required).
  
  

Computer Skills

• React (experience required)
• .NET development (C# experience required)
• JavaScript
• Microsoft SQL Server (Microsoft SQL experience required)
• Knowledge and utilization of web services
• Proven competency in Microsoft Azure technologies
