Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin is seeking an experienced Anlagenmechaniker SHK (HVAC Mechanic) to maintain and repair sanitary, heating, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and pipelines; troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions; conducting system maintenance; and creating maintenance documentation. The role requires a completed apprenticeship as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Gas- und Wasserinstallateur, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer, Kältetechniker, or similar. Experience in HVAC maintenance and knowledge of MS Office applications are essential. The position operates on a 3-shift system and involves working collaboratively within the maintenance team to minimize downtime. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge manufacturing facility.

Must have:

Completed apprenticeship as Anlagenmechaniker SHK or equivalent
HVAC maintenance experience
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Troubleshooting and repair skills
3-shift work availability

Good to have:

Electrical system authorization
Knowledge of building technical systems

What to Expect

Als Anlagemechaniker (m/w/d) wirst Du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der betrieblichen Verfügbarkeit einer Vielzahl von Geräten und Anlagen haben. Du wirst deine technischen Fähigkeiten nutzen, um geplante und ungeplante Wartungen und Reparaturen zu planen und durchzuführen. Du arbeitest im Bereich Gebäudetechnik und wirst zusammen mit dem Instandhaltungsteam (m/w/d) der Gigafactory Berlin die Zuverlässigkeit der Geräte und Anlagen verbessern, um ungeplante Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren oder gar zu vermeiden.

What You’ll Do

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (m/w/d), Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer (m/w/d), Kältetechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbares

Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung und Wartung der Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik Berechtigung zum Eingriff in elektrische Anlagen wünschenswert

Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Funktionalität haustechnischer Anlagen

Du verfügst über Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word)

Du bist bereit in einem 3-Schichtsystem zu arbeiten

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören, Installation, Montage, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme der Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik

Du übernimmst die Instandhaltung, Wartung und die Reparatur an Maschinen, verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen und Rohrleitungen

Du führst Wartung an allen System relevanten Anlagen durch,

Du bist in der Störungssuche und Behebung von Fehlfunktionen an technischen Anlagen und Systemen tätig

Du befolgst alle Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit

Du fertigst alle erforderlichen Wartungsdokumentationen und Protokolle an
