 LogicLadder is seeking a creative and motivated Product Designer with 0-1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a desire to create engaging and intuitive products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): <ul><li>Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and preferences. </li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts. </li><li>Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals. </li><li>Participate in user testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. </li><li>Maintain design documentation and contribute to the design system. </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design. Key Skill </li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. </li><li>Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies. </li><li>Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail. </li><li>Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively. </li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus </li></ul>
Requirements <ul><li>0-1 year of experience in product design or a related field. </li><li>Familiarity with UX research methods and user testing. </li><li>Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes. </li><li>Understanding of design systems and component libraries. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Good to have : </li><li>Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). </li><li>Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. </li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>
