Admin – Production Support

Support the Lead in the area--production support is responsible for accurate binning of all components for custom pc system builds, including tracking of inventory along with a heavy transactional load in Oracle.  Previous experience in a warehouse environment, inventory coordination, etc. is required for this role.  

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal parts delivery to production schedules 
• Perform inventory movements to place items in correct locations 
• Perform inventory counts 
• Work with internal teams to request / return parts used for repairs, orders changes, and order cancellations 
• Communicate with planning, production, repairs, etc.  
• Follow health and safety rules
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Other duties as assigned 

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Oracle experience helpful.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good time and project management skills. 
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to successfully pass post-offer background check
