Gaming Content and Social Media Specialist, DACH

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Collaborate internally and externally to produce high quality, engaging, original content in German that can be used on all platforms.
• Own and support the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including short form videos, graphics, and imagery.
• Work with cross functional teams to implement content distribution and promotion strategies to improve the reach and impact of our content across various channels, including, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube
• Optimize content for social media and other platforms to drive organic traffic and improve our content's transparency and discoverability.
• Craft and execute social media strategy that aligns with company initiatives, guidelines, and targets, and meets Corsair Gaming customers’ expectations.
• Develop and execute initiatives including contests, content partnerships, promotions, announcements, and more.
• Measure the efficiency of our content performance for continuous optimization.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Passionate about social media and content platforms - especially Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch
• Highly organized, self-starter with ability to plan and self-manage several tasks and projects
• +2 years of experience on creating content and managing social media accounts
• Comfortable behind and in front of a camera
• Previous experience in creating content and/or streaming is necessary
• Native German speaker and full English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Excellent written communication and a proven track record to successfully inform and influence others
• Willing to travel to support events in Europe.
• Detail oriented, but able to work quickly under tight deadlines 
• Enthusiasm on PC Gaming is a plus!
