Job Description

  • Assisting HR Staff Services in handling various administrative processes related to the employee life cycle across the four main locations.
  • Providing constructive suggestions to improve office procedures and actively contribute to existing organizational structures and procedures to maximize the use of resources and encourage innovation.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and publishing relevant information for customers on HR services or in a related environment.
  • Performing other duties as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative work in a large organisation, preferably in Human Resources, or a related relevant environment
  • Presents excellent command of English, at least at B2 level
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Proven ability to manage and utilize SharePoint effectively.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM and other HR systems such as Oracle EBS, Taleo (or a comparable ATS), and HR ticketing systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume workloads with a flexible, service-minded attitude and take the initiative to resolve issues proactively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.
  • Experience in an HR Help Desk environment.
  • Familiarity with drafting and publishing information on HR Services or a related environment.
