Summary

Onward Search is seeking a Digital Account Manager for a 3+ month contract. This role involves creating and selling innovative advertising solutions, expanding advertising partnerships, and working cross-functionally with Ad Sales, Product, and Category Marketing teams. Responsibilities include managing supplier campaigns and revenues, developing strategic campaign recommendations, driving the creative process, partnering with campaign management on activation and optimization, providing client updates, working with Measurement & Analytics, supporting billing, and mentoring junior associates. The ideal candidate is a tactical and strategic thinker with experience in a cross-functional, revenue-generating team.

Our client is seeking a seasoned Digital Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves creating and selling innovative advertising solutions, leveraging our client's proven strategies for conversion and brand-building.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding advertising partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with our client's Ad Sales, Product, and Category Marketing teams, as well as with external stakeholders such as Brand Managers, Analytics, E-Commerce teams, and National Media and Shopper Marketing agencies.

  • 3+ month contract
  • Location:  Hybrid in Hoboken, NJ (at least 1 day/week in the office with option of 5 days/week)
  • $48.00-$52.00/hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier campaigns and revenues
  • Develop strategic campaign recommendations based on a deep understanding of the suppliers' business goals and marketing objectives
  • Drive the end-to-end creative process between the supplier and our client's creative team
  • Partner closely with campaign management on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimizations
  • Provide frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaigns
  • Work closely with Measurement & Analytics to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery
  • Mentor Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree
  • Experience in building media plan recommendations
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, problem-solving
  • Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills along with cross-company and partner collaboration skills
  • Ability to work proactively under pressure and handle multiple ad hoc requests

This role requires experience working on a cross-functional, revenue-generating team within a complex organization.
