This Account Executive role at Google Customer Solutions focuses on serving Google's advertisers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The position involves working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting Google solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and demonstrated ability to achieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, and product knowledge across all digital advertising products.
  • Ability to assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged promotions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

As an Account Executive, you will use your working knowledge of advertising and your industry vertical to help your team identify and enable longer-term opportunities by contributing to business plan development, account-level strategy, and annual activation plans. You will support your team in business strategy development, presenting, customer relationship growth, and opportunity sizing. You will contribute to cross-team collaborations to support customer growth, align on opportunity/project timelines and goals, and ensure Google solutions are presented to customers. You will develop relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact.
